Q: Why Penguins?
A: Some species are nearly 4' tall.

Q: What inspired these compilations?
A: Several years ago French Matt started the ashtray compilation which quickly became a mainstay in my travel CD case. Shortly thereafter Andrew Ostry whipped up a compilation for me that was the best blend of disparate music I'd ever heard. Both CDs featured great music and packaging to match. This inspired me to make my own compilation CD and package of my own to give out to friends, and I plan on continuing that trend.

Q: Why limit it to the iTunes Music Store?
A: There really isn't a specific reason other than I already had iTunes due to my owning a Macintosh, and I didn't feel like downloading all of the other music clients and searching for the songs on them. Additionally, I think it's pretty clear that the widest selection is available on the iTMS. I still may set the site up to work with the other services, but I'm going to need a heck of a lot more traffic coming through before I take the time to do that. What can I say, I'm lazy.

Q: Where can I download iTunes, or any of the other legal music download services for that matter?
A: iTunes is available at www.itunes.com.
    eMusic is available at www.emusic.com.
Musicmatch Jukebox is available at www.musicmatch.com.
Napster 2.0 is available at www.napster.com.

Q: Like you, I too find penguins completely awesome. Where can I get some bitchin' Music For Penguins merchandise?
A: The one and only place to find official Music For Penguins merchandise is Llama Cafe, purveyors of fine DIY t-shirts and other handmade goods.

Q: Are these really frequently asked questions?
A: Absolutely not, in fact I don't know that anyone has ever asked me these questions.
